❓ Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
❓ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
❓ What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
Once verified, a refund will be issued.
❓ Do you offer replacements?
No, we do not provide product replacements.
❓ How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❓ Are shipping charges refundable?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable.
❓ Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
❓ How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
❓ Do you accept customised or bulk orders?
Yes, but prior confirmation is required.
Customised, hamper, and bulk orders need at least 2 weeks for curation and dispatch.
❓ What happens if delivery fails?
Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability are not eligible for a refund.
Re-shipping may be done at an additional cost.
