1. Orders & Shipping β¨
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once your order is confirmed, we try to dispatch it within 2 business days. After that, delivery depends on the courier service and your location. Usually, it takes 4β7 days, but during festivals, busy periods, or unexpected delays, it can take up to 10 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally? π
A: Right now, we ship only within India. But if you need international shipping, just contact us and weβll see how we can make it happen!
Q: Can I track my order? π΅
A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, weβll share the AWB number on your registered phone number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
2. Payments & Refunds π
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI payments, debit and credit cards.Β Please note: We do not accept COD orders.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? β
A: Orders cannot be modified or canceled after placing. If you want to cancel, please inform us within 12β24 hours of placing the order and before itβs shipped. For 1-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations are not possible due to priority shipping and packaging.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges? π
A: We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If the product is damaged during delivery, you can file a claim. Please send us:

An unboxing video showing the product inside the packaging (no edits, no missing footage).

Once verified, we will refund the money directly to your bank account or UPI ID.

Q: Can I add a gift note or gift wrapping?
A: Yes! You can leave a note in the product section during checkout, or WhatsApp us at +91 8448774566 with your order ID within an hour of placing the order.
Q: Are your products safe for kids? πΆ
A: Yes! All our products are 100% safe for kids.
Q: Do you restock items? π
A: Restocking depends on trends and availability. We take orders until stock lasts, and trends are constantly changing.
For special bulk orders, we may consider restocking, but single-piece restocking cannot be guaranteed.
