Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ColourBiranga, we carefully curate and pack every order with love. Since our products are personal-use and limited in quantity, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This applies to all products, including:

  • Stationery

  • Beauty & makeup items

  • Accessories

  • Gift hampers

  • Curated or limited-quantity products

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of the product and outer packaging

Once verified, we will issue a refund equivalent to the product value.

🎁 Gift Orders

All gift hampers and curated boxes are non-returnable.
Refunds will only be issued in case of verified damage or error.

🚚 Shipping Delays

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

💰 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider
