At ColourBiranga, every order is thoughtfully curated and packed with care to ensure a delightful unboxing experience.


📦 Order Processing

  • Regular orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines are 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


❌ No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All orders must be prepaid at checkout using the available online payment methods.


🎁 Customised, Hamper & Bulk Orders

  • Customized products, gift hampers, and bulk orders require prior confirmation before placing an order.

  • Such orders involve detailed curation and preparation and therefore require a minimum of 2 weeks for processing and dispatch.

  • Shipping timelines for these orders will be communicated individually at the time of confirmation.

📌 Orders placed without prior confirmation may be delayed or cancelled.


📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges will be clearly mentioned before payment.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.


⚠️ Delivery Issues

  • ColourBiranga is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.


📭 Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

The order will not be eligible for a refund. Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
