  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in case of verified damaged or incorrect items, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for refund requests.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the stipulated time.

8. Gift Orders

  • Gift hampers and curated boxes are non-returnable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed for verified issues.
