  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

7. Customised, Hamper & Bulk Orders

  • Customised products, gift hampers, and bulk orders require prior confirmation.

  • Such orders require a minimum of 2 weeks for curation and dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines for these orders will be communicated individually.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Refunds are issued only in case of verified damaged or incorrect items, as per our Refund Policy.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any refund request.
